Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant on our platform, you are responsible for:

API Security: Safeguarding your
sk_live_keys. Any transaction initiated with your keys is deemed authorized by you. - • Compliance: Ensuring your business activities align with CBN regulations and AML/CFT laws.
- • Accurate KYC: Providing valid BVN and identity data when utilizing the Virtual Account Engine.

Settlements & Fees
All transactions processed via the Servinux V2 core are subject to our standard fee schedule:

Termination & Suspension
Servinux reserves the right to suspend API access if fraudulent activity is detected or if a merchant violates the acceptable use policy. We provide 24-hour notice for standard compliance reviews.
